Wow, what a crazy time!
The Coronavirus Pandemic has been a shock to many, including Australia Post who are currently dealing with a huge amount of backlog and delays due to everyone shopping online, from home.
Currently, they're processing around two million parcels per day but still do have a backlog.
Our shipping times indicate that this backlog is clearing and starting to ease.
We do ask that you allow up to 14 days for delivery. Should your parcel be delayed, please contact Australia Post on 137678 with your racking number as a first port of call or go HERE to see other ways to get in touch. Unfortunately, we don't have a lot of information available on our end at the moment as their scans for us have also been limited to save time.
