Shipping Information

FOR AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS: All Australian parcels are sent local courier or Australia Post. 

All deliveries sent with Australia Post will be sent via the express post network, this means your order will arrive overnight if you are in the delivery network area, or 2-3 business days if you're located in a regional area. 

Parcels will be delivered on business days only. You can track your parcel online via the link from the dispatch notification emails or with the tracking number via this website:

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

Should a parcel be returned to us undelivered, we will inform you of this and process a refund, deducting the shipping costs. You will then be notified to advise when the refund has processed.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: All International parcels are now sent via DHL and are fully tracked. 

Packages are shipped through DHL and will be shipped from Sydney before they are dispatched from the German global mail center then to your country. Once the parcel is dispatched and cleared through customs a signature will be required upon delivery. 

Shipping is a flat rate $9.95/$6USD as is no longer a weighted shipping option. New Zealand and some European customers will attract an additional rate through dispatch which is included in your starting rates. Given our new shipping rate we no longer cover duties and customs taxes with any international order. If you refuse to pay the customs of your country it will be returned to us at our expense and we will charge you for the return fees from the refund of the original purchase price.

These times are approximate, and shipping times may change in peak periods. We suggest you check with your local post office for current shipping times. We're not responsible for any delay with customs clearances as each country has their own guidelines for this and some countries may clear packages quicker than others. 

Please allow additional time for processing as we do not ship internationally every day. 

If you haven't received a shipping notification within 3 weeks of placing your order, please make contact as your notification may have been caught in a spam filter. 

A dispatch notification will be sent once all international packages have cleared customs. Please be aware, this process can take up to 2 weeks in peak periods. 

If you have not received your parcel within 14 days of the dispatch date/tracking being sent, please let us know immediately, as we're unable to help with parcels past this date. Due to the returns process your item may take several weeks to be returned to us. Your account will be credited or reshipped once the return occurs. 


Just like any other shop, due to health and hygiene regulations, unfortunately we are not able to accept returns on underwear, legwear, bodysuits, rompers or any item with an underpant as part of a set. If you have a sizing question or concern, please make contact before purchase as we know our products and will be able to help you with sizing.

If you are intending on making a return, please contact us beforehand so we can raise a return request and give you the returns address which is different to our Yarraville studio. You have 7 days from receipt of item to return to us. You will also need to cover the cost of return shipping. 

In the rare event of a garment arriving to you in faulty condition, please email us immediately, with photographs and we'll do our best to immediately replace, or repair the item. If we're unable to do this, we'll refund you, less shipping costs for multiple item orders. Any returns or notifications of faults must be advised within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. Failure to do so will void any returns. 

There are no returns on custom items.

TLDR; Yes, we ship worldwide. Please contact us before purchasing if you're unsure on sizes as we can't offer returns or refunds on items with underpants (knickers, bodysuits, rompers or sets with panties) due to health and hygiene regulations.
